Welcome to JunkHubby. By using our debris removal services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

JunkHubby provides debris removal services including but not limited to:

• Construction debris removal
• Residential junk removal
• Material recycling and disposal
• Site cleanup services

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is estimated based on volume, weight, material type, and location. The base rate starts at $750 for approximately 17 cubic yards of debris. Final pricing is determined on-site and may vary based on:

• Actual weight of materials
• Type of materials requiring disposal
• Accessibility of pickup location
• Local disposal and recycling fees
• Additional labor requirements

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Services are scheduled based on availability. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Materials We Accept

We accept most non-hazardous materials including construction debris, household junk, furniture, appliances, and general waste. We do NOT accept:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, lead paint)
• Medical waste
• Biological waste
• Radioactive materials
• Explosives or ammunition

If hazardous materials are discovered during pickup, additional fees may apply, or service may be refused.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate descriptions of materials to be removed
• Ensuring safe and legal access to the pickup location
• Obtaining any necessary permits for debris removal
• Notifying us of any hazardous materials present
• Securing pets during service

6. Property Damage

JunkHubby takes reasonable care to avoid property damage during debris removal. We are fully insured for property damage caused by our negligence. Customers must notify us immediately of any damage claims. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Damage caused by customer negligence
• Damage to unmarked utilities or infrastructure
• Normal wear and tear from equipment access

7. Environmental Commitment

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal. We recycle and donate materials whenever possible, working with certified recycling facilities and donation centers to minimize landfill waste.

8. Liability Limitations

JunkHubby's liability is limited to the actual cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damage to items not properly disclosed or identified
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

9. Service Area

We service Chicago and surrounding areas within 50 miles. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between JunkHubby and the customer regarding debris removal services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using JunkHubby's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
